The head-to-head comparison also treated scene accuracy as a core evaluation area, reinforcing that these tools are judged on whether they preserve the intended flow.

Code-based animation buyers benefit from seeing and editing the generated code. Replit won the code-animation test by generating all three animations quickly, exporting them to MP4, and keeping the code visible and editable throughout. That makes transparency and iteration part of the product value, not just the rendered output.

Single-image video generation is a different benchmark, with realism taking priority. Luma AI Dream Machine won the image-to-video test because it produced the most realistic and production-ready cinematic video, with strong motion, lighting, and consistency. That test was about visual believability from a still image, not diagram correctness or code control.
